These Terms Of Purchase apply to purchases made through the My Store online store, operated by the operator of My Store. Please review these terms and the policies linked below before placing an order.

Product Information

Product descriptions, options, prices and availability are shown on the relevant product pages. We aim to present accurate information, but an error may occasionally occur. If a material error affects an order, we will contact you to explain the correction and available options before proceeding; we will not impose an undisclosed price increase without your agreement.

Please check the product description and selected options before checkout. Images should be read together with the written product information; your device and display settings may affect the appearance of colours.

Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected items. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of that request and does not by itself guarantee stock or fulfillment. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will explain the issue and refund any payment for the unfulfilled items as applicable.

Changes and Cancellations

Contact us promptly to request a cancellation or a change to your order or delivery address. We will try to accommodate requests received before fulfillment begins. Changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing or dispatch. If cancellation is confirmed, any eligible refund will be returned to the original payment method. After delivery, the Return Policy and your applicable rights remain available.
